Terms & Conditions: Maxtrax - Father's Day Promotion 2026

1. Promotion Period This offer is valid from 9:00am AEST Thursday 3 September 2026 until 11:59pm AEST Monday 7 September 2026.

2. Eligibility This offer is valid only for in-stock Maxtrax products purchased online at maxtrax.com.au. Each individual order is eligible for one (1) free gift only. Orders from $500–$999 are eligible for a free Heavy Duty Tarp (MTXHDT). Orders over $999 are eligible for a free Salt Shift Kit – Low Pressure (MTXSSLPK) instead of the Heavy Duty Tarp - the two gifts do not stack, so only the gift matching the order's spend tier will be included. Valid for AU residents only. This offer is not valid in-store or with any participating retailer.

3. Discount Application The gift will apply at checkout automatically - no promo code is required. This offer cannot be combined with any other rebates, coupons, discounts, or affiliate programs.

4. Product Availability The offer is subject to product availability and may change based on stock levels. If a gift becomes unavailable, MAXTRAX reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value. Installation is not included.

5. Delivery Please allow 6–15 weeks for delivery. Delays may occur due to high demand or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Gift Conditions The free gift is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

7. Return and Exchange Policy Items purchased during the promotion are subject to our standard return and exchange policies, which can be found at https://maxtrax.com.au/pages/returns. If a qualifying order is returned, the associated free gift must also be returned, or its value may be deducted from any refund.

8. Cancellation Policy MAXTRAX AU reserves the right to cancel or modify this offer at any time without prior notice.
